Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :17\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.GIRI, J\n                      -------------------\n                   W.P.(C).33727\/2008\n                      --------------------\n      Dated this the 17th day of November, 2008\n\n                      JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged proposal on<\/p>\n<p>the part of the seventh respondent to trespass into the<\/p>\n<p>road puramboke land situated on the western side of<\/p>\n<p>the property belonging to the petitioner and put up a<\/p>\n<p>construction therein.     Petitioner is in possession of<\/p>\n<p>10.5 cents of property in Re.Sy.No.6\/19 of Thycaude<\/p>\n<p>Village,   lying on the eastern side of      Oottukuzhi-<\/p>\n<p>Vanross Junction Public road. Complaint filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, before the District Collector inviting<\/p>\n<p>attention of the Collector to the alleged attempt of<\/p>\n<p>trespass is pending consideration.<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard learned Government Pleader also,<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is disposed of directing the fifth<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 and<\/p>\n<p>take appropriate action thereon, within a period of one<\/p>\n<p>month from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
