THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE, AURANGABAD .......RESPONDENTS\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   17\/03\/2011         Petitioner        has         filed     this        writ<\/p>\n<p>                  application      for       a    direction          to     the<\/p>\n<p>                  respondents     to     consider       their    cases       for<\/p>\n<p>                  appointment against vacant sanctioned posts<\/p>\n<p>                  of Class IV under Aurangabad Collectorate.<\/p>\n<p>                        Learned     counsel       for    the    petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                  relies upon two orders of this Court dated<\/p>\n<p>                  12.10.2009 and 29.1.2010, copies whereof are<\/p>\n<p>                  annexed as Annexures-5 and 5\/A. From these<\/p>\n<p>                  orders it appears that an advertisement had<\/p>\n<p>                  been published in the district of Aurangabad<\/p>\n<p>                  in December, 2009 inviting applications for<\/p>\n<p>                  regular      appointment       on     Class   IV        posts.<\/p>\n<p>                  Petitioners claim that they have been working<\/p>\n<p>                  on   daily    wages   with     the    respondents        since<\/p>\n<p>                  long and they have already applied against<\/p>\n<p>                  the said advertisement.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        In the circumstances, in natural course,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           cases   of    the        petitioners       have    to     be<\/p>\n<p>           considered by the respondents in accordance<\/p>\n<p>           with law. The writ application is accordingly<\/p>\n<p>           disposed     of     with      a     direction     to     the<\/p>\n<p>           respondents       that   if       the   petitioners     have<\/p>\n<p>           applied against December, 2009 advertisement,<\/p>\n<p>           their cases should be considered for regular<\/p>\n<p>           appointment in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<pre>Pradeep\/                            ( J.
