  of Rs.12,50,000\/- on the ground that the<\/p>\n

\n the ciaimants, Cfaimant No.1, viz., father of the
\nn  got himself examined as P.W. 1 besides examining
\n Deiiappa as P.W.2 and got marked documents E.xs.P–1 to P-12.<\/p>\n

deceased at Rs.16,000\/-, P.W.1’-fhther of the deceased has stated<\/p>\n
