 facts relevant for the purpose of the cross-<\/p>\n
objections are as under:\n<\/p>\n
The land of crosS–objeCtorS was acquired by the<\/p>\n
Hirespondent vide noti\ufb01cation under section 4(1) of the<\/p>\n
FE<\/p>\n
“Whether the cross–objectors are entitled to<\/p>\n
the enhancement in the market value\u00e9..ofV:tlie~’i.l’and<\/p>\n
acquired if so to what extent?”<\/p>\n
5. It is the contention  thelearnedicoiinsellior<\/p>\n
the cross~objector that in__’l\u00bb\/{FA  this<\/p>\n
court, dated 431 dune  ”’enhanced the
\ncompensation to   of dry lands
\nand the counsellor   that the land
\nof the   the neighboring
\nvillag\ufb02latl\ufb01adilingadjallilxrillagei\ufb01 and same type of crops
\nwereVV1″-.gro$_m’iV  that he is entitled to<\/p>\n
compensation as the judgement of this court<\/p>\n
  above}”‘-Further more he submits that, the<\/p>\n
   the judgment referred above was dated<\/p>\n
\/    in the present case the Noti\ufb01cation U\/s<\/p>\n
 4(1) was dated 18\/9\/1993. So he claims that the cross<\/p>\n
 olqjectors entitled to escalation price at 10% per year.<\/p>\n

On these grounds he sought for enhancement of<\/p>\n
compensation.\n<\/p>\n

Government Pleader has supported <\/p>\n
award of the Reference <\/p>\n

 considerationdthe material piaced on record and<\/p>\n
  also’ that the jawar and toor crops were grown.<\/p>\n
en-h__ance*d. compensation of Rs.65,000\/– per acre in<\/p>\n
 respect for dry iands. So to maintain the parity in the<\/p>\n
 of the acquired lands, it is necessary to enhance<\/p>\n
