Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :29\/05\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                       V.GIRI, J\n          ---------------------------\n               W.P.(C).13963 of 2009\n          ---------------------------\n        Dated this the 29th day of May, 2009\n\n                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>         The issue raised in the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>related  to  the   pursued    ineligibility  of  the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to appear for the examination for the<\/p>\n<p>Medical Post Graduate Course, on account of the<\/p>\n<p>shortage of attendance.       Originally, his lower<\/p>\n<p>option for Diploma in Anaesthesia was accepted<\/p>\n<p>and he had joined the said course.        Later, his<\/p>\n<p>higher option was accepted.     If the entire period<\/p>\n<p>during  which  he    has   prosecuted   the  studies<\/p>\n<p>including the Post Graduate Course in Anaesthesia<\/p>\n<p>is taken into account, there will be no shortage<\/p>\n<p>of attendance.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.    Learned standing counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>University submits that the examinations which<\/p>\n<p>were scheduled to commence on 30.5.2009 has now<\/p>\n<p>been postponed to 17.6.2009.     The petitioner will<\/p>\n<p>also  be   eligible      to    participate  in   the<\/p>\n<p>examination.
