Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, of<\/p>\n<p>                   course, during the pendency of the present writ petition vide<\/p>\n<p>                   annexure-B to the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                   T.M.Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur vide memo no.B\/27794-96<\/p>\n<p>                   dated 7.3.2009 the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed.<\/p>\n<p>                   However, He submits that there is some dispute in relation to<\/p>\n<p>                   calculation and prays that he may be granted liberty to file a<\/p>\n<p>                   representation before the competent authority.<\/p>\n<p>                                 With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>                   being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a<\/p>\n<p>                   representation before respondent no.2 i.e. the Vice Chancellor,<\/p>\n<p>                   T.M.Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. If such representation is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        filed, the respondent no.2 may examine the same and pass<\/p>\n<p>        appropriate order in accordance with law without any delay.<\/p>\n<p>                  With above observation and direction, the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>        stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
