I have heard learned Counsel’V0’for the par’\u00a7;ies;’v’:\n<\/p>\n
2. The petitioner  thevifalidity of<\/p>\n
the notices at Annexure-E  by the
\n2nd respondent;i{T.calli\u00a7n;g   pay a sum of
\nRs.14,7o,3’e1 towards.Vshortjciaim demand and also the<\/p>\n
notice at Annexuregt}  24.07.2010 informing the<\/p>\n
 that if it “ails.~to pay the amount in accordance<\/p>\n
 notice at Annexure-E, the power supply will<\/p>\n
‘ 0’   be disconnected to its premises.<\/p>\n

 as per” the order of this Court in W.P. No.23-91\/2000<\/p>\n
