The petitioners are accused 1<\/p>\n<p>and   2.     Altogether   there   are   three   accused   persons.     All   the<\/p>\n<p>accused   have   by   now   been   arrested,   it   is   submitted.     The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   were   arrested   on   12\/7\/2007.     They   continue   in<\/p>\n<p>custody from the date of their arrest.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The   crux   of   the   allegations   against   the   petitioners   is<\/p>\n<p>that   the   petitioners   had   created   false   documents   to   criminally<\/p>\n<p>siphon out rice which could have been claimed by the Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>under the SGRY scheme.   They tried to sell that quantity of rice<\/p>\n<p>illegally.   The   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   prays   that   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, who remain in custody from 12\/7\/2007, may now be<\/p>\n<p>enlarged   on   bail.     It   is   not   necessary   to   insist   on   continued<\/p>\n<p>detention   of   the   petitioners.     They   are   willing   to   abide   by   any<\/p>\n<p>appropriate conditions, it is submitted.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The   learned   Public   Prosecutor   does   not   oppose   the<\/p>\n<p>application.     The   petitioners   have   remained   in   custody   from<\/p>\n<p>12\/7\/2007.     I   am   satisfied,   in   these   circumstances,   that   the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.4680\/07                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioners   can   be   granted   regular   bail   subject   of   course   to<\/p>\n<p>appropriate and strict conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       4.      In the result, this petition is allowed.
