JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 11\/10\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tWhen<br \/>\nthe matter is taken-up, today, it is stated by Mr.Krunal D. Pandya,<br \/>\nlearned advocate and Mr.Raju K. Kothri, learned Central Government<br \/>\nStanding Counsel, that the issue arising in the petition is under<br \/>\nadjudication before the Collector, Mehsana, who has heard the<br \/>\nparties, and shall be passing an order, shortly, though the order is<br \/>\nstill awaited.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above statement being made by the learned advocates for<br \/>\nthe petitioner, and as the parties have already appeared before the<br \/>\nCollector, who has heard them and is in the process of passing an<br \/>\norder, this Court does not consider it appropriate to entertain the<br \/>\npetition, therefore, the same is disposed of with the following<br \/>\ndirections:-\n<\/p>\n<p>\t(1)\tThat<br \/>\nthe Collector may pass an order, as expeditiously as possible, and<br \/>\npreferably within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the copy of<br \/>\nthis order, if it has not already been passed.
