No.15286 of 2011\n                              PANKAJ KUMAR\n                                     Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   19.05.2011               Heard         learned  counsels               for      the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner and leaned counsel for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              The    petitioner         is        apprehending       his<\/p>\n<p>                    arrest in a case registered under Sections 272,<\/p>\n<p>                    273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A)<\/p>\n<p>                    of the Excise Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that from the bettle shop<\/p>\n<p>                    of the petitioner huge quantity of country made<\/p>\n<p>                    liquors were seized.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It    is     submitted         on    behalf     of     the<\/p>\n<p>                    learned    counsel      for       the    petitioner       that    in<\/p>\n<p>                    fact, nothing was seized from the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    and all seizures were made from the shop of<\/p>\n<p>                    Awadhesh        Kumar       but     the        petitioner        has<\/p>\n<p>                    subsequently         been    implicated        as   the   seizure<\/p>\n<p>                    list does not bear the signature of any person<\/p>\n<p>                    from the petitioner&#8217;s house or the shop of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Let    the        learned      court      below      pass<\/p>\n<p>                    appropriate order while considering the regular<\/p>\n<p>                    bail   application          of    the     petitioner      if     the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner      surrenders         and    prays     for   regular<\/p>\n<p>                    bail within a period of four weeks from today.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>               With         this        observation,   this<\/p>\n<p>       application is disposed off.<\/p>\n<p>              Let the order be faxed to the learned<\/p>\n<p>       C.J.M.
