S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tMr P.K. Jani,<br \/>\nlearned Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondents and waives service.  He is allowed two weeks&#8217; time to<br \/>\nfile the affidavit to point out the grounds for shifting the office<br \/>\nof the Mamlatdar.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner will also state on affidavit as to how the public interest<br \/>\nis involved, if, on administrative ground, the State Government<br \/>\ndecides to shift the office of the Mamlatdar from one place to<br \/>\nanother place, which is 30 km away.  Post the matter on 13th<br \/>\nJuly 2011 within 10 cases.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t(S.J.
