Respondent   is   plaintiff.       The   suit   was   decreed<\/p>\n<p>exparte.     Application     under   Order   IX   Rule   13   of   Code   of   Civil<\/p>\n<p>Procedure  is  now   pending.     This  petition  is   filed  under  Section  24   of<\/p>\n<p>Code   of   Civil   Procedure   to   transfer   that   petition   to   Munsiff   Court,<\/p>\n<p>Ernakulam contending that he is a practising lawyer.\n<\/p>\n<p>       On   hearing   learned   Counsel   appearing   for   petitioner,   I   do   not<\/p>\n<p>find   it   necessary   to   transfer   the   application   to   set   aside   the   exparte<\/p>\n<p>decree.
