This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>                  directing the respondents to make payment of the entire dues to the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner for the work done by him with interest, as he had completed<\/p>\n<p>                  the works as per different work orders of the authorities.<\/p>\n<p>                                3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as<\/p>\n<p>                  well as the nature of the dues i.e. contractual dues, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>                  disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Executive<\/p>\n<p>                  Engineer, National Rural Employment Programme, Sasaram, Rohtas<\/p>\n<p>                  (respondent no. 6) along with an application giving details of his dues<\/p>\n<p>                  and interest as claimed. If such an application is filed by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the said<\/p>\n<p>                  authority shall decide the same by a speaking order in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>                  law within four months thereafter and if any amount or interest is found<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        to be payable, it should be paid to the petitioner immediately thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>        However, if any amount or interest is not found payable or admitted in<\/p>\n<p>        the said order, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same<\/p>\n<p>        before an appropriate forum.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       (S.N.
