No.8147\/2010-P\n                ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n            Dated this the 12th day of March, 2010\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The   petitioner  herein   was   a  student  of  Jyothi<\/p>\n<p>Engineering College, Cheruthuruthy for B.Tech Information<\/p>\n<p>Technology Degree course for the year 2005-09.     The said<\/p>\n<p>college is affiliated to the first respondent University.<\/p>\n<p>    2.   The petitioner appeared for the fifth semester<\/p>\n<p>supplementary examination during the month of June, 2009.<\/p>\n<p>When the results were published during the second week of<\/p>\n<p>February, 2010, it was found that she failed in Digital<\/p>\n<p>Data Communication &#8211; IT 04 502.   She submitted application<\/p>\n<p>for revaluation of the said paper.    Ext.P1 is the copy of<\/p>\n<p>the application for revaluation.\n<\/p>\n<p>    3.   Heard   the  learned   Standing  Counsel  for  the<\/p>\n<p>University.  There will be a direction to the respondents<\/p>\n<p>to complete the process of revaluation as requested for in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 application,   if  the  application  for  revaluation<\/p>\n<p>along with the requisite fee covered by the chalan have<\/p>\n<p>been received and are in order and, communicate the result<\/p>\n<p>thereof, within a period of eight weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this Judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>    The writ petition is disposed of as above.
