It is not disputed that the petitioner&#8217;s land was acquired<\/p>\n<p>                      and is in possession of the Bihar Electricity Board.<\/p>\n<p>                                   On behalf of the petitioner, an oral statement has been<\/p>\n<p>                      made that the Land Acquisition Officer, Bhojpur at Ara addressed<\/p>\n<p>                      a letter to the Board to revive the Land Acquisition Proceeding, in<\/p>\n<p>                      the circumstances, the Board as well as the State should file an<\/p>\n<p>                      affidavit by 19.11.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   List this case for admission on 22.11.2010 in the same<\/p>\n<p>                      list i.e. fresh writ cases.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>     Sanjay                                                 ( Sheema Ali Khan, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
