Respondents\n\n\t This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution\nof India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the second and\nfourth respondents to permit the petitioner herein to sell only the products of\nthe fourth respondent i.e., Aavin products, in the Kiosks run by him in the\ncompound of the Government Head Quarters Hospital, Nagapattinam, as per the\npermission granted under G.O.Ms.No.1957, Health and Family Welfare Department,\ndated 7.9.1977, by the second and third respondents herein, by considering the\npetitioner's application, dated 12.1.2007, submitted to the third and fourth\nrespondents herein.\n\n!For Petitioner   \t: Mr.K.M.Venugopal\n\nFor Respondents\t: Mr.D.Gandhirajan\n\t\t\t  Government Advocate\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tMr.D.Gandhirajan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the<br \/>\nrespondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. By consent of the learned counsels on either side, the Writ Petition<br \/>\nitself is taken up for final disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner as<br \/>\nwell as for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner has submitted that it would suffice if the third respondent is<br \/>\ndirected to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated<br \/>\n12.1.2007, expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for<br \/>\nthe petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent<br \/>\nis directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner,<br \/>\ndated 12.1.2007, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of  six<br \/>\nweeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also<br \/>\ndirected to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 12.1.2007, to the third<br \/>\nrespondent, along with a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6.
