Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Victim has been recovered from the house of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner and he has specifically stated in his statement recorded<\/p>\n<p>                    under section 164 of the Cr.P.C about involvement of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    in the alleged crime.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on<\/p>\n<p>                    bail and hence, her prayer for bail in connection with Arrah<\/p>\n<p>                    Nawadah P.S.
