According<\/p>\n<p>to her, she has rendered provisional service prior to the<\/p>\n<p>said date. She submits that she is entitled to increment<\/p>\n<p>taking into account the provisional service rendered by<\/p>\n<p>her prior to 1.10.1994,         in circumstances where her<\/p>\n<p>regular service commenced prior to 1.10.1994.<\/p>\n<p>     Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>claim as contained in Ext.P2, in the light of the judgment<\/p>\n<p>of the Full Bench of this Court in <a href=\"\/doc\/1768075\/\">State of Kerala v.<\/p>\n<p>Ponnamma<\/a> (2005 (4) KLT 987 [FB] ) and take a<\/p>\n<p>decision thereon, within a period of two months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                           V.GIRI,<br \/>\n                                           Judge<\/p>\n<p>mrcs<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Nithy.T. vs State Of Kerala on 25 July, 2008 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM WP(C).No. 22479 of 2008(A) 1.
