The filth and dirt and lack of drainage are enough to put off the prospective businessmen and make life for its citizens a living hell. Drainage is non-existent or choked. The town sits on a tinderbox filth that may, at any time, spark off an epidemic like the one that happened in Surat. It is imperative that the Central Government considers a special fund for cleaning Moradabad. <\/p>\n<p>The U.P. Government has been approached by me. Promises have been made over the years but nothing has come out in this regard. The citizens are very anguished.\n<\/p>\n<p>I request the Central Government to provide special aid to the U.P.
