Yaso Lal Yadav son of late Ram Sahay Yadav-----------------Petitioners.\n                                                        Versus\n                                             THE STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   8.7.2010                        Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to<\/p>\n<p>                         withdraw this case as against petitioner no.2, Jagdish Yadav, as he has<\/p>\n<p>                         already been arrested by police.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Permission is accorded.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     This application is dismissed as withdrawn as against<\/p>\n<p>                         petitioner no.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Heard Learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Petitioners are alleged for submitting forged Land<\/p>\n<p>                         Possession Certificate for which submission on their behalf is that no<\/p>\n<p>                         land was provided to petitioner no.1 and rest of the petitioners undertake<\/p>\n<p>                         to deposit the loan amount. His further submission is that really Land<\/p>\n<p>                         Possession Certificate was obtained by them through Manoj Choudhary<\/p>\n<p>                         and Promod Kamath and liability can be fixed upon them for preparing<\/p>\n<p>                         forged certificate. As such, petitioners are allowed anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>                         finding undertaking to deposit the loan amount.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                         the event of arrest or surrender within a period of two months from the<\/p>\n<p>                         date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order after payment of the<\/p>\n<p>                         loan amount either through cash or bank draft, above named petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                         shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Ten<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>        satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Distt.-Madhubani, in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. case no.79 of 2009 (G.R. no.1111 of<\/p>\n<p>        2009) ,subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the<\/p>\n<p>        Code of Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Sudip                                      ( Mandhata Singh,J )\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Upendra Yadav &amp;Amp; Ors vs The State Of Bihar on 8 July, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
