Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :18\/02\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) NO.5292 OF 2010 (J)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 18th day of February, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner alleges that the 7th respondent has encroached into<\/p>\n<p>the Purambokku of Kakkangayi Padanna Thodu. According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner the said Thodu is vested in the 5th respondent Panchayat.<\/p>\n<p>It is alleged that despite having brought to the notice of the 5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent Panchayat of the encroachment made by the 7th<\/p>\n<p>respondent, no action has been taken.<\/p>\n<p>      If as stated by the petitioner, any complaint has been received,<\/p>\n<p>it is directed that the 5th respondent shall take action with notice to<\/p>\n<p>the 7th respondent, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate<\/p>\n<p>within 4 weeks      from the date of production           of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment along with copy of this writ petition before the Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>for compliance.
