KARGAHAR, DISTRICT ROHTAS\n                                                       .....PETITIONERS\n\n                                       Versus\n\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                                   .....OPPOSITE PARTY\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   27.08.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the eleven petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Though petitioners are named accused, but only on<\/p>\n<p>                     disclosure of their names by two co-named accused, who said to have<\/p>\n<p>                     been apprehended while fishing from the pond in night. There is<\/p>\n<p>                     nothing more against the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the<\/p>\n<p>                     event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                     weeks of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioners, namely, Bharat<\/p>\n<p>                     Paswan, Krishna Paswan, Jagdayal Paswan, Devan Paswan, Pramod<\/p>\n<p>                     paswan, Vijay Paswan, Braj Mohan Harizen, Umesh Harizen,<\/p>\n<p>                     Amarjeet Paswan, Jitendra Kharwar &amp; Bhimal Harizen, are directed to<\/p>\n<p>                     be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in<\/p>\n<p>          connection with Kochas P.S.
