Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :14\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                               V.GIRI, J\n\n                             -------------------\n\n                 Contempt  Case (C).1813\/2007\n\n                            --------------------\n\n           Dated this  the  14th  day of January, 2008\n\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Learned senior Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that pursuant to Annexure-A1 judgment, an order<\/p>\n<p>has   been   passed   by   the   Director   of   Panchayath   on<\/p>\n<p>11.1.2008,   rejecting   the   claim   of   the   petitioner.     Copy   of<\/p>\n<p>the   said   order   has   been   served   on   the   learned   counsel<\/p>\n<p>appearing for the petitioner as well.  In view of the above,<\/p>\n<p>Contempt of Court Case proceedings are dropped.
