BIRENDRA PRASAD SINHA, HEAD OF DEPARTMENT\n                 DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS, LAL SINGH TYAGI\n                 GRAMIN COLLEGE, AUNGARI DHAM, NALANDA\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19.11.2010               Petitioner states that he has been working as Professor<\/p>\n<p>                 Incharge in Lal Singh Tyagi Gramin Mahavidyala and he has<\/p>\n<p>                 been removed from that post by the Governing Body of the<\/p>\n<p>                 College.The    College is not a constituent college of Magadh<\/p>\n<p>                 University rather it is a college affiliated to Magadh University.<\/p>\n<p>                 He complains that instead a person, who is not even confirmed<\/p>\n<p>                 teacher in the college and is much junior to the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                 been made Professor Incharge. He submits that Magadh<\/p>\n<p>                 University statues in regard to function of Governing Body of the<\/p>\n<p>                 affiliated college has not been followed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             In my view, the remedy of the petitioner, at the first<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        instance, would be to the Vice Chancellor        of the University<\/p>\n<p>        failing which to the Chancellor.
