Panchal for the applicant  referred to the papers<br \/>\n\tand submitted that the applicant is not named in the FIR, however,<br \/>\n\tprinter, scanner and other papers are recovered from the applicant,<br \/>\n\twho is running a Studio near R.T.O. Office. He further submitted<br \/>\n\tthat one insurance policy and other papers are seized. Therefore,<br \/>\n\tconsidering the role when the chargesheet has been filed, the<br \/>\n\tpresent application may be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tA.P.P., Ms.Nair for the State submitted that the applicant is having<br \/>\n\ta Studio near R.T.O. Office and he is indulging in preparing such<br \/>\n\tfake documents, out of which, one receipts and  policy have also<br \/>\n\tbeen recovered and the computers etc. has been seized. She further<br \/>\n\tsubmitted that there is a prima-facie case.\n<\/p>\n<p>Having<br \/>\n\theard learned counsel appearing for the applicant-accused and<br \/>\n\tlearned A.P.P. for the State and having perused the papers and<br \/>\n\tconsidering the role attributed and also the fact that the<br \/>\n\tchargesheet has now been filed, the present application deserves to<br \/>\n\tbe allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,<br \/>\n\tpresent application stands allowed. The applicant is ordered to be<br \/>\n\treleased on regular bail in connection with I-C.R.No.268\/2010<br \/>\n\tregistered with Sabarmati Police Station, Ahmedabad on his executing<br \/>\n\ta bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with one solvent<br \/>\n\tsurety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and<br \/>\n\tsubject to the conditions that he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(a)\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>(b)\tnot<br \/>\nto try to tamper or pressurize the prosecution witnesses or<br \/>\ncomplainant in any manner.\n<\/p>\n<p>(c)\tnot<br \/>\nact in any manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>(d)\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order and should cooperate the investigating officers.\n<\/p>\n<p>(e)\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence to the Investigating Officer and also to<br \/>\nthe Court at the time of execution of the bond and shall not change<br \/>\nhis residence without prior permission of the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>(f)\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the lower Court, within a week.\n<\/p>\n<p>(g)\tmark<br \/>\nhis presence before concerned Police Station 1st day of<br \/>\nevery calender month between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM till the trial<br \/>\ncommences.\n<\/p>\n<p>If<br \/>\n\tbreach of any of the above conditions is committed, the concerned<br \/>\n\tSessions Judge will be free to issue warrant or take appropriate<br \/>\n\taction in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail<br \/>\n\tbefore the lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case. It would<br \/>\n\tbe open to the trial Court concerned to give time to furnish the<br \/>\n\tsolvency certificate if prayed for.\n<\/p>\n<p>Rule<br \/>\n\tis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
