            IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                      Cr.Misc. No.3294 of 2011\n                          RATAN PASWAN\n                               Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n
02.   11.03.2011               Petitioner being the husband is apprehending his<\/p>\n
                   arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been<\/p>\n
                   taken under Section 498A of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n
                               The marriage was performed in 2001.\n<\/p>\n
                               On   instructions,    learned     counsel   for   the<\/p>\n
                   petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the<\/p>\n
                   complainant as wife with full dignity and honour.<\/p>\n
                               Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner<\/p>\n
                   namely Ratan Paswan, in the event of his arrest or<\/p>\n
                   surrender before the Court below within a period of 12<\/p>\n
                   weeks from today, be released on provisional anticipatory<\/p>\n
                   bail   on     furnishing   bail   bond   of   Rs.   10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n
                   thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n
                   the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in<\/p>\n
                   connection with Complaint Case No. 448C of 2010.<\/p>\n
                               Let learned Court below issue notice to the<\/p>\n
                   complainant and fix a date for her appearance and on her<\/p>\n
                   appearance, the petitioner will take back the complainant<\/p>\n
                   to her matrimonial house and keep her as wife with full<\/p>\n
                   dignity and honour.\n<\/p>\n
                               The provisional bail bond of the petitioner will be<\/p>\n
                   confirmed in two eventualities, either the complainant
\n           accompanies the petitioner or she refuses to accompany<\/p>\n
          the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
