Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      This is a case where the allegation is against police<\/p>\n<p>harassment. It is stated by the petitioner that at the instance of<\/p>\n<p>the third respondent, the Local Authority and the police are<\/p>\n<p>putting pressure on the petitioner to surrender land for providing<\/p>\n<p>way to the third respondent. Learned Government Pleader on<\/p>\n<p>instructions submits that the police will not interfere with the<\/p>\n<p>matter between the petitioner and the third respondent, being a<\/p>\n<p>civil dispute.
