A.G., Punjab.\n\n          1.Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?\n          2.Whether to be referred to the Reporters or not?\n          3.Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\n                     *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>ALOK SINGH, J (ORAL)<br \/>\n          This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR<br \/>\nNo.5 dated 11.1.2011 under Sections 419\/420\/34 IPC, Police Station<br \/>\nCity Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.\n<\/p>\n<p>          This Court vide order dated 7.4.2011 has directed to release<br \/>\nthe petitioners on interim bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have<br \/>\nalready been released on bail and the petitioners have joined the<br \/>\ninvestigation and shall join the investigation as and when asked to do so<br \/>\nby the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Mr. K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General,<br \/>\nPunjab, on instructions from SI Harjit Singh, who is personally present<br \/>\nin Court, states that petitioners are co-operating in the investigation and<br \/>\ncustodial interrogation is not required.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case,<br \/>\npetition is allowed.
