The\n\ntrial     court     while      acquitting          Jagdish    determined\n\ncomplainant Mahendra Goyal as owner of the goods found\n\nin the vehicle bearing No.RJ-19-G-0009. Accordingly,\n\nan order was passed to maintain custody of the goods\n\nwith Mahendra Goyal. Being aggrieved by the same the\n\npetitioner       preferred      a       revision        petition   before\n\nlearned Sessions Judge with assertion that the goods\n\nrecovered should have been given to him instead of\n\nMahendra    Goyal      in   view       of    the   fact    that    accused\n                                 2\n\nJagdish handed over goods to him and this fact was\n\nsubstantiated        by   Murlidhar     Daga     also.      Learned\n\nrevisional court after examining the entire evidence\n\navailable on record reached at the conclusion that the\n\ngoods as a matter of fact were loaded for Calcutta and\n\nthose   were   wrongly    handed     over   to   Ramchandra,   the\n\npetitioner.
