THE ACCOUNT OFFICER, GAYA MUNICIPAL\n                   CORPORATION, GAYA.\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   27.08.2010              Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The grievance of the petitioner is that upon his<\/p>\n<p>                    superannuation on 30th of April 2002 as Fourth Grade<\/p>\n<p>                    Employee under the respondent &#8211; Corporation, no retiral<\/p>\n<p>                    dues of any nature has been settled and paid till date<\/p>\n<p>                    despite representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the above circumstances, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner submits that for expeditious disposal of the<\/p>\n<p>                    pending     claims,   petitioner   proposes    to   file   a<\/p>\n<p>                    representation before the respondent no. 3.<\/p>\n<p>                              In view of the above, in case such representation<\/p>\n<p>                    stating details of unpaid claims is filed by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    within a period of four    weeks along with the certified<\/p>\n<p>                    copy of the present order as also the copy of the relevant<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           documents, if any, in support of the claim, the above<\/p>\n<p>           respondent shall consider the claims of the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>           raised in the representation in accordance with law<\/p>\n<p>           expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months<\/p>\n<p>           on receipt of such representation so that the grievances<\/p>\n<p>           of the petitioner could be settled without delay and the<\/p>\n<p>           admitted dues could also be paid along with interest<\/p>\n<p>           permissible under the rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   The writ application stands disposed of with the<\/p>\n<p>           above observations\/directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Jagdish\/                        ( Shailesh Kumar Sinha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ram Lagan vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 27 August, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.13774 of 2010 RAM LAGAN SON OF LATE MADHO RESIDENT OF VILLAGE CHHOTAN BIGHA, P.S.
