Case No. 180\/2010 for offences<\/p>\n<p>                             under Section 498A\/323\/341\/304 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                             Section 3\/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, are named accused in<\/p>\n<p>                             this case. Submission is that co-accused, the husband, has<\/p>\n<p>                             already been granted privilege by this court vide order dated<\/p>\n<p>                             28.09.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17025\/2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                          Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                             in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four<\/p>\n<p>                             weeks, let the above-named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                             furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>                             each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                             of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                             Katra P.S.
