After hearing the parties, the Commission directs Shri Anoop\n           Kumar, GM to provide copy of the DPC proceedings, 2005, to the\n           appellant free of cost, and also to allow her to carry out inspection of DPC\n           proceedings and other relevant records on a mutually convenient date and\n           provide copies of documents requested for by her.\n           7.     The order of the Commission may be complied with in three\n           weeks time.\"\n\n2.      Smt Nangia has submitted a written representation dated 27.11.2009\nbefore the Commission wherein she has stated that the order of the Commission\nhas not been complied with. In view of this, notice may be issued to Shri Anoop\nKumar, General Manager, FCI (HQ), New Delhi, to show-cause why penal\naction should not be initiated against him u\/s 20 (1) of the RTI Act for wilful dis-\nobeyance of the Commission's order.\n\n5.      The matter will come up for hearing on 4.1.2010 at 1030 hrs. Shri Anoop\nKumar is hereby directed to appear before the Commission on the above\nmentioned date along with his written representation, if any. It is cautioned that\nif he does not appear before the Commission, it will be constrained to pass an ex-\nparte order in the matter.\n\n6.
