L. Bhagat had filed a RTI application with the PIO, Deputy Commissioner, MCD,<br \/>\nMCD Bldg, Sector-5, Rohini, New Delhi on 30\/08\/2007 asking for certain information. Since<br \/>\nno reply was received within the mandated time of 30 days, he had filed a complaint under<br \/>\nSection 18 to the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>   The Commission issued a notice to the PIO asking him to supply the information and<br \/>\nsought an explanation for not furnishing the information within the mandated time. The PIO<br \/>\nhas informed the Commission that the information has been sent to the complainant on<br \/>\n26\/09\/2007 and has furnished the proof of the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>Complaint Disposed Off.\n<\/p>\n<p>  The PIO has given the information with in the time limit stipulated under the RTI Act and<br \/>\nhas furnished the proof of the same.
