The non-completion of work on dams at Chandril and Galudihi in Jharkhand on the same river pending since many years have put the local people in a great deal of trouble. Almost every year the banks of the river are being eroded, thus eliminating a number of villages altogether. The Government of India should come forward to complete these dams at an early date and sufficient funds should be provided for strengthening the banks on both sides of the river. <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20DEPUTY-SPEAKER\">MR.
