Advocate\n\nHon'ble Ravindra Singh,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Learned counsel for the appellants files supplementary affidavit.\n<\/p>\n<p>Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. and perused the<br \/>\nlower court record.\n<\/p>\n<p>It is contended by learned counsel for the appellants that according to the<br \/>\nprosecution version the appellants caused injuries on the person of the injured<br \/>\nHansraj, but injured Hansraj has not been examined by the trial court. The<br \/>\nappellants were on bail during the trial, they have not misused the liberty of<br \/>\nbail.\n<\/p>\n<p>Let the appellants Radha Mohan, Satya Narayan and Madan Mohan convicted<br \/>\nin S.T. No. 129 of 2000, arising out of case crime no. 157 of 1999, under<br \/>\nSections 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 IPC and 3(2)5 SC\/ST Act, P.S. Bansdeeh,<br \/>\nDistrict-Ballia be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two<br \/>\nsureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>The realization of half of the amount of the fine awarded by the trial Court<br \/>\nshall remain stayed, till the pendency of the appeal. The remaining half of the<br \/>\namount of the fine shall be deposited by the appellant within a month from the<br \/>\ndate of his release from the jail.
