It is a matter of fact that due to heavy workload and<br \/>\nhuge piling of pending cases it is likely that acquittal appeal,<br \/>\nfiled by the State, would not be taken up for hearing in couple of<br \/>\nyears and till then the applicant cannot be denied the issuance of<br \/>\npassport.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, application is allowed and prayer, as prayed for by<br \/>\nthe applicant, is granted.
