Justice P.N.RAVINDRAN\n\n Dated :26\/05\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                J.B.Koshy &amp; P.N.Ravindran, JJ.\n              =====================\n                    W.A.No.1031 of 2008\n              =====================\n\n           Dated this the 26th day of May, 2008.\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Koshy,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     After the direction in the judgment in O.P.No.21971 of<\/p>\n<p>2002, the recruitment rules were framed by the respondents<\/p>\n<p>Corporation and it was approved by the Government by G.O.(MS)<\/p>\n<p>No.8\/07\/TD dated 12.1.2007. According to the above, sweeper<\/p>\n<p>post has to be filled up through candidates sponsored by<\/p>\n<p>employment exchange.       Even though the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>continuing on daily wages as sweeper, her name was not<\/p>\n<p>sponsored and one T.K.Subadra was selected and appointed as<\/p>\n<p>full time sweeper. Consequently, the petitioner&#8217;s temporary<\/p>\n<p>employment was not continued. At the time of earlier judgment,<\/p>\n<p>no rules were framed. Now permanent appointments were made<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WA 1031\/08                      -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>as per the rules and person who was appointed was not<\/p>\n<p>impleaded in this case.
