Justice M.C.HARI RANI\n\n Dated :27\/10\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n             R.BASANT &amp; M.C.HARI RANI, JJ.\n                    * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n                    W.P.(Crl).No.405 of 2009\n                   ----------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 27th day of October 2009\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Basant,J<\/p>\n<p>      This judgment must be read in continuation of the earlier<\/p>\n<p>orders dated 09\/10\/2009 and 20\/10\/2009. The petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>come to this court with the grievance that his daughter-in-law is<\/p>\n<p>being illegally detained by her father. We did not admit the<\/p>\n<p>petition; but directed the police to make discreet enquiries and<\/p>\n<p>furnish relevant information to us. It is reported that the alleged<\/p>\n<p>detenue, the daughter-in-law of the petitioner, is not available in<\/p>\n<p>India now and has joined Huazhong University of Science and<\/p>\n<p>Technology in China to do a course in M.B.A. All the relevant<\/p>\n<p>details of the alleged detenue including her telephone number<\/p>\n<p>were furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel was requested to take further instructions.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Today when the matter came up for hearing, the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the petitioner submits that attempts were<\/p>\n<p>made to contact the alleged detenue. The alleged detenue has<\/p>\n<p>not chosen to speak to the petitioner or his son. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.Crl No.405\/09                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>and his son are now satisfied that she is not under any illegal<\/p>\n<p>detention or confinement. In these circumstances, no further<\/p>\n<p>directions are necessary in this writ petition, submits the learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.     We are satisfied that no further directions are<\/p>\n<p>necessary.
