JOGJEET DAS @ JAGJEET DAS, SON OF RAM LAKHAN\n                                          DAS                   Versus\n                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02    09.02.2011                  Both the above stated petitions arise out of<\/p>\n<p>                      Pakari Dayal O.C. P.S. Case No. 18 of 2010 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                      Sections 41, 42, 52 of the Indian Forest Act and accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>                      both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this<\/p>\n<p>                      common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Petitioners were caught red handed by the Forest<\/p>\n<p>                      Official while wood logs were being carried by them on a<\/p>\n<p>                      vehicle.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the allegation levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioners as well as their period of detention in jail custody<\/p>\n<p>                      above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                      sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub<\/p>\n<p>                      Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East<\/p>\n<p>                      Champaran in connection with above stated Pakari Dayal O.C.<\/p>\n<p>                      P.S.
