We have carefully perused the order impugned. We have heard<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the appellant and respondent No.7 at length.<\/p>\n<p>      3. Learned Single Judge has made it clear in the impugned order that<\/p>\n<p>appointment of respondent No.7 would be subject to the result of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition which is yet to be heard finally.<\/p>\n<p>      4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having considered<\/p>\n<p>the entire materials available on record, we are satisfied that there is no<\/p>\n<p>room for interference with the interim order passed by the learned Single<\/p>\n<p>Judge.
