 awarded does not require any modi\ufb01cation by way of reduction.<\/p>\n

4. Having thus heard ‘both sides, taking note of the injuries<\/p>\n
sustained by the claimant which are mentioned in EXL\u00a7),\u00a7’\u00ab.”‘Li1\u20acj<\/p>\n

\nparagraph 13 of its  “modification by way of
\nreduction. Therefore, the  head of loss
\nof amenities     amount given
\ntowards loss  towards permanent
\ndisabilitygand   disallowed. However,
\nunder theiiiheiadiof ofi’dii_sfiigurement of the face, a sum of<\/p>\n
