S. The impugned order <\/p>\n
respondent has fixed the re’nt\u00ab-at  <\/p>\n
with 5% enhancement per to
\n31.3.2004. The very that the rent at<\/p>\n

 retrospective effect, the same wouid create<\/p>\n
