Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                     for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint<\/p>\n<p>                     Case No. 34&#8217;C&#8217; of 2009 registered for the offence under sections<\/p>\n<p>                     406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has prayed for<\/p>\n<p>                     grant of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the dispute<\/p>\n<p>                     in the present case is essentially of civil nature as the allegation is<\/p>\n<p>                     that the petitioner did not make payment of Rs.34056\/- even on<\/p>\n<p>                     repeated demands in terms of the agreement between the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Be that as it may, taking into consideration the fact that<\/p>\n<p>                     the case arises out of a complaint, let the petitioner, namely, Ghurahi<\/p>\n<p>                     Mahto in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                     within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the<\/p>\n<p>                     order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Complaint Case No.34&#8217;C&#8217; of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
