Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                  W.P.(C) NO. 38061 OF 2010\n                =====================\n\n         Dated this the 22nd day of December, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner states that seeking renewal of his gun licence NO.<\/p>\n<p>622\/MKP, he made Ext.P2 application to the 2nd respondent. It is<\/p>\n<p>stated that despite having made the application, the receipt of<\/p>\n<p>which is acknowledged by Ext.P1 dated 11\/12\/2009, orders have<\/p>\n<p>not been passed. Petitioner complains that even Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>representation made has not evoked any response. It is in these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, the writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>     2.     Now that according to the petitioner, the application<\/p>\n<p>made is pending before the 2nd respondent, at this stage, what is<\/p>\n<p>required is that the 2nd respondent shall consider the application<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders thereon.
