NO. 33759 OF 2004\n               ---------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 26th day of November, 2007.\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The issue raised in this writ petition pertains to the<\/p>\n<p>allegation regarding the unauthorised construction made by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.  It is seen that the 2nd respondent is seized of the<\/p>\n<p>matter in the appeal.       There will be a direction to the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider Ext.P3 with notice to the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>additional 8th respondent and pas appropriate orders thereon in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law within a period of four months from the date<\/p>\n<p>of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
