Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                     and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners are apprehending their<\/p>\n<p>                     arrest in connection with Roh Police Station Case<\/p>\n<p>                     No. 46\/2005, registered under Sections 147, 148,<\/p>\n<p>                     149, 341, 323, 337, 307, 353 and 504 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission of the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                     persons, namely, Kumkum Kumari, Manju Devi,<\/p>\n<p>                     Arti Kumari have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                     12961\/2010 by this Court as such petitioners are<\/p>\n<p>                     also entitled for the same treatment.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     the above named petitioners, in the event of their<\/p>\n<p>                     arrest or surrender within a period of one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand) each with<\/p>\n<p>       two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>       satisfaction   of       the   Chief   Judicial   Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>       Nawadah, in connection with Roh Police Station<\/p>\n<p>       Case No. 46\/2005, subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>       down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<pre>m.p.
