Case No. 109\/2008 for<\/p>\n<p>                        offences under Sections 341\/302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                        and 27 of the Arms Act, is one of the named accused in this<\/p>\n<p>                        case with allegation that the had taken some money as loan<\/p>\n<p>                        through deceased husband of the informant but in spite of<\/p>\n<p>                        repeated request by the creditors failed to return leading<\/p>\n<p>                        towards killing of husband of the informant by the creditors<\/p>\n<p>                        who carry specific allegation of killing him but there is<\/p>\n<p>                        nothing against the petitioners except taking of money earlier.<\/p>\n<p>                        Moreover, one of the co-accused Ranjeet Mandal has already<\/p>\n<p>                        been granted privilege by a Bench of this court vide order<\/p>\n<p>                        dated 17.03.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21018\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                        in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<br \/>\n            furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>           only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>           satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in<\/p>\n<p>           connection with Halsi (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S.
