Ramachandran Nair, JJ.\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                        W.P.(C) No.28043 of 2008-L\n                      - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                Dated this the 19th day of September, 2008.\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Kshethra Kshema Samithi of Parasala Sree Mahadeva Temple is<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner. They seek to challenge Ext.P4 order of transfer of the<\/p>\n<p>Melsanthi of the temple. The Melsanthi himself has not filed any writ<\/p>\n<p>petition. We do not find any exceptional reason to entertain this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition at the instance of the Samithi exposing the cause of Melsanthi.<\/p>\n<p>Further, if the Melsanthi is aggrieved by the transfer, it is open to him to<\/p>\n<p>file a representation to the Devaswom Commissioner, in which event, such<\/p>\n<p>representation will be considered by the Commissioner in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>law and will pass appropriate orders.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                   ( P.R.Raman, Judge.)<\/p>\n<p>                                           (T.R.
