Dabhi, learned APP for<br \/>\nthe applicant-State of Gujarat and on perusal of the impugned<br \/>\njudgement and order dated 15.6.2010 rendered in Sessions Case No. 44<br \/>\nof 2010 by learned   Sessions Judge, Nadiad, acquitting the<br \/>\nrespondents-accused of the offences under Section 354, 452, 504 and<br \/>\n114 of the Indian Penal Code, according to us, this is a fit case to<br \/>\ngrant leave to file appeal.
