Heard Shri Satya Prakash Sinha,<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.<\/p>\n<p>                   Pushpa Sinha, learned counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                   behalf of all the respondents\/Bihar State<\/p>\n<p>                   Road Transport Corporation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The     petitioner,   who   retired     with<\/p>\n<p>                   effect from 31.1.1995 as Senior Foreman from<\/p>\n<p>                   Purnia Division under the Bihar State Road<\/p>\n<p>                   Transport     Corporation,    has    prayed     for<\/p>\n<p>                   directing the respondents to clear all his<\/p>\n<p>                   retiral dues.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   has drawn my attention to Annexure-3 to the<\/p>\n<p>                   writ   petition    and   submits    that   as   per<\/p>\n<p>                   Annexure-3, altogether Rs.88,420.46 is still<\/p>\n<p>                   outstanding. It was submitted that some of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the amount were earlier paid. However, till<\/p>\n<p>date, all the retiral dues have not been<\/p>\n<p>cleared.     The       petitioner    has        also    filed<\/p>\n<p>representation             before        the       authority<\/p>\n<p>concerned. However, till date, no decision<\/p>\n<p>has been taken nor his retiral dues have<\/p>\n<p>been cleared.\n<\/p>\n<p>           After hearing the parties, the court<\/p>\n<p>is of the opinion that writ petition can be<\/p>\n<p>disposed of with liberty to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to   file    a        fresh    representation           before<\/p>\n<p>respondent       no.1\/Administrator,            Bihar    State<\/p>\n<p>Road Transport Corporation within a period<\/p>\n<p>of six weeks regarding the claim made in the<\/p>\n<p>present       writ            petition.          If       such<\/p>\n<p>representation                is          filed,           the<\/p>\n<p>respondent\/Administrator             is        required     to<\/p>\n<p>examine the same and pass appropriate order<\/p>\n<p>in accordance with law within a period of<\/p>\n<p>two months from the date of filing of such<\/p>\n<p>representation.                      If                    the<\/p>\n<p>respondent\/Administrator considers the claim<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner as genuine, he is required<\/p>\n<p>to pass order for payment within aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>time.
